LoneStar Leeds’ HSE management system is approved to ISO45001:2018.

Our people are our biggest asset. Management fully acknowledges that they are responsible for the health, safety and well-being of our employees. Continually striving to improve, management works with employees (and visitors) to ensure that LoneStar Leeds a safe place to both work and visit.

Quality

LoneStar Leeds’ quality management system is approved to ISO9001:2015. In addition, we are registered to both API 6A and API 17D.

We will not compromise quality to ensure product integrity is maintained throughout the whole manufacturing process.

LoneStar Leeds operates a rigorous contract review process. If there are any questions, queries or doubts regarding any part of the requirement, we will liaise at the start of the manufacturing process to ensure that the end product is what the customer is expecting.

Inspection & testing

In addition to the standard measuring equipment such as thread and height gauges, verniers, calipers and measuring blocks, LoneStar Leeds also has:

5 x CNC CMM’s (with scanning capability)
2 x manual CMM’s.
Glass optical flatness measuring (light bands)
4 x Faro arms
Gauge maker thread measurement
2 x Rockwell & 1 x Brinell Brintronic hardness measurement

And in-house NDE capabilities:

Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI)
Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
Positive Material Identification (PMI)

Documentation is equally as important as the products themselves. LoneStar Leeds has a dedicated and experienced team of Quality Assurance technicians compiling certification and documentation packages to meet the specific requirements of each customer.
